I’m passionate about helping you remember your worth.
Meet Andrea
Hello,
I'm Andrea Seitz, founder of The Resilience Lab, a CREST Collaborative initiative. With a bachelor's degree in Communication and a Master's degree in Conflict Management, I bring more than 25 years of experience in inclusion, communication, conflict management, and HR. But beyond credentials, I know this work because I have lived it.
I’ve worked myself to burnout. I’ve questioned my value, my contributions, and my purpose. I created The Resilience Lab to offer the tools I wish I’d had while finding my way back to myself. This space is designed to help you remember your worth and to remind you that you matter.
Imagine that your voice, your ideas, and your talents are exactly what’s been missing—in your relationships, at work, and in your life. What if the world has been waiting for your particular brand of truth, creativity, and vision? Your presence and contribution aren’t just important—they’re irreplaceable.
I combine evidence-based approaches with deep compassion, creating space to reflect on what’s been holding you back, practical tools to reframe limiting beliefs, and support to establish healthy boundaries. Together, we’ll move past old patterns and open the door to the version of you that’s been waiting—empowered, grounded, and ready to thrive.
Andrea
You are not alone
Remember your worth
If you've spent too long listening to voices that make you question your worth—the voice that says you're not enough, that questions every decision—it's time to challenge limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering self-messaging that supports what's possible.
Reclaim your voice
Using your voice takes courage. We provide scripts and support to reclaim it—even when scared—and set boundaries (without guilt). Reclaiming your voice takes practice—one choice at a time—until using your voice becomes natural.
Reconnect with yourself
We want to help you clarify what matters most to you and reaffirm your values on your own terms, so you can reconnect with the real you. It’s time to reassess what is truly serving you, rediscover your purpose, and begin living a more inspired and aligned life.
